Processing time of the order

The goods will be prepared when paying by bank transfer or online payment, as soon as the money will arrive in our account. Every Misioo product is carefully packaged manually so that the delivery time for each product is individual. Information on the time of order processing can be found in the description of the selected product. The delivery time should be added to the delivery time of the shipping company.

The lead time may be longer depending on the number of orders placed at a particular time (e.g. before Christmas, before Children’s Day, etc.) or the lack of availability of goods (some products are made on order). The customer will be informed of the extended lead time.

Please note that when paying by bank transfer, the deadline for receiving the package is extended by the time of the money transfer.
